…thing that I was wondering though. Can you really use “fork” to get the code to your local machine? I thought the GitHub terminology is “fork” to have a copy in your GitHub account and then the “clone” is the Git command to get a copy of the repository on your local machine.
Hi Gabor! I was unclear with my language since I didn’t introduce the term “clone” in this post. You’re right that forking and cloning are two distinct steps.
